Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations prior to Feb. 5 will be charged a $200 Cancellation fee and refunded the remaining $498; After Feb 6. no refunds will be given. However, if a replacement participant is secured for the retreat, you will be issued a voucher that can be used for a future retreat or service with Nea Clare, less the $200 Cancellation fee.
